1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pob777 Platform, creating a Player Account, making a deposit, or using any Gaming Service, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as the following policies incorporated herein by reference:

3 Eligibility

3.4 One Account Policy

4 Account Registration

To access pob777's Gaming Services, you are required to register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address.

4.1 KYC Verification

You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by pob777 to complete identity verification, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation for high-value transactions. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restricted access to withdrawals and certain Platform features.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pob777 login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. pob777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. You must notify pob777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

5 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the pob777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). pob777 supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method, as indicated on the cashier page.
• Deposits made using GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your pob777 balance within minutes of successful transaction completion.
• Bank transfers may take longer to process, depending on the sending bank's cut-off times and clearing procedures.
• pob777 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• pob777 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.2 Failed or Reversed Deposits

If a deposit transaction fails or is subsequently reversed by your payment provider, pob777 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from those funds pending resolution. Players must contact support within 48 hours of a suspected failed deposit.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your pob777 Account is subject to full KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.

• Only Real Money Balance (not Bonus Balance subject to active wagering requirements) is eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

6.3 Withdrawal Verification

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to stated wagering requirements before any conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within any stated time limits. Bonuses not wagered within the prescribed period will expire and be removed from the Account.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

8 Gaming Rules

All Gaming Services offered on the pob777 Platform are governed by specific game rules published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating in any game.

8.1 Game Fairness

8.2 Errors and Malfunctions

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pob777, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Gaming Services.

pob777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from: (a) pob777's gross negligence or wilful misconduct; (b) liability which cannot be excluded by law; or (c) matters expressly covered under PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by pob777

pob777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.
• Any other conduct that pob777 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or the Company.

In cases of Account termination for cause, pob777 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where termination is not related to fraud or breach of Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable processing period.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their pob777 Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal holds.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute arising between a Player and pob777, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pob777's formal complaints procedure, which can be initiated by contacting support at [email protected]. pob777 undertakes to respond to formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process as the relevant regulatory authority. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any matter not capable of resolution through the above procedures.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pob777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pob777 will provide notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment, where practicable.

Continued use of the pob777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
